If you are a charity based in Shetland, helping folk fae Shetland, we want to hear from you.

It is crucial to come up with new ways to raise cash for causes, especially those ones close to home. In Shetlandlive we have come up with some ideas to help raise money for your charity and to increase awareness to the Shetland public about your charity.

CHARITY SHOP

How would you like free selling space for your charity, and all payments go direct to the charity? In ZE-Bid you can open your own charity shop with up to 200 items for sale, more if required! As it is an online shop you don't require staff or premises. Arrange collection or postage of the item(s). You can sell anything from plants to sofas depending on what you've collected or folk have donated to you. People can auction for the item, make an offer, or buy it now you decide. Once you have registered your shop, all you need is good photographs and descriptions of the items you want to sell, choose advert preferences and away you go. Your shop is open 24 hours a day and all payments go directly to your registered charity. No charges or commissions. You have control of your shop and can edit at anytime.

GROUPS

In Shetlandlive you can also create a public or private group for your charity to let people know more about what you do. Here you can message other group members, meet and chat online, keep up to date with news and events, advertise fundraising events, make donation or raffle requests throughout the group or Shetlandive. Create Blogs and bulletins, add photos and videos. Groups are also Free.

ADVERTISING

If you send us a banner or logo for your charity it will be placed on the Shetlandlive charities page FREE AND a Link to your charity Website if you have one.

EVENTS
