Council House Damages

Where are some of these folk going to get this supposed £2000 damages deposit from? -  perhaps some of them could sell the contents of the last house they got handed to them including brand new carpets and furniture, but alas they are all  ruined - oh well they can  move away for a peerie while, come back again homeless and pennyless and get a lovely  new council house and start over again I suppose.

    Hya Inga --- How true . I know of one family who recieved a council house , then went on to ruin it. When you pass by, the windows are always boarded up due to broken windows, yet the council keeps up putting new windows in again -----makes me angry as I know someone who is on the housing list for well over ten years and would defintly look after a house.
